Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 stalks of lemongrass, cleaned and roughly chopped
- 2 large shallots, roughly chopped
- 5 clove(s) garlic, coarsely chopped
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 5 tbsp fish sauce
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp black pepper, freshly ground

In a mortar or blender, grind lemongrass, shallots, garlic, sugar, fish sauce, lime juice, and pepper into a smooth paste.
