Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 handful of berries (aronia)
- 1 banana(s)
- 250 ml milk or buttermilk
- possibly honey or sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Wash the aronia berries, peel and slice the banana, and blend both with the milk in a blender to make a smoothie. Depending on the ripeness of the banana, you may need to add sugar or honey.
