Arugula salad with beef steak, pears and walnuts

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pear(s)
  • some butter
  • 100 g arugula
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, fruity, mild
  • 3 tbsp oil (walnut oil)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 steak(s) of beef, fried
  • 1 tbsp walnuts, caramelized

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the pear, halve it, and remove the core. Cut the flesh into thin slices. Fry in a little butter and set aside. Wash the arugula and drain well. Make a vinaigrette with vinegar, oil, honey, salt, and pepper. Slice the steak. Mix the arugula with the vinaigrette and arrange on two plates with the pear slices, meat slices, and walnuts.
