Arugula salad with feta and grapes with raspberry balsamic dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bowl of arugula
  • 1 pack of feta cheese (light or light), 160 g
  • 1 handful of green, seedless grapes
  • 2 tsp jam (raspberry)
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
  • some honey, sweetener or sugar

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Fresh summer salad, great for guests

Wash the arugula and place it in a salad bowl. Finely chop the feta and halve the grapes, then toss both with the arugula. Whisk together the jam, balsamic vinegar, and water until lump-free. Season to taste with cayenne pepper and sweetener/honey/sugar. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
