Arugula salad with strawberries

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bunches of arugula
  • 350 g strawberries
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Tear the arugula into bite-sized pieces, slice the strawberries, and thinly slice the onions. Mix the balsamic vinegar with the mustard, salt, pepper, maple syrup, and oil. Divide the arugula among serving plates, arrange the strawberries and onions on top, and drizzle with the salad dressing.
