Arugula spaghetti with turkey schnitzel

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bowl of arugula
  • 2 turkey schnitzels
  • 1 can of tomatoes, finely diced
  • 250g spaghetti
  • Garlic
  • n. B. Herbs, Italian style
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Chop the turkey schnitzel and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Sauté these two ingredients together. Deglaze with the can of tomatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes, then season with the Italian herbs. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Wash the arugula and remove the stalks, cutting it into thirds. Once the spaghetti is done, drain it through a sieve. At the same time, add the arugula to the hot tomato sauce. Note: The arugula should not be cooked in the sauce for very long; serve immediately. Arrange everything on plates and serve immediately.
