Spaghetti with minced meat sauce

Heat the oil in a large pan. Sauté the onions and garlic until light yellow. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly, stirring constantly. Season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the tomato paste and canned tomatoes, crush the tomatoes slightly with a fork, and simmer uncovered for about 30 minutes. Pull the herbs from their stems, roughly chop, and stir in. Whenever possible, always use fresh herbs and add them right at the end to preserve the flavors. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente and serve with the sauce. We love to serve it with a nice fresh leaf salad.
