Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g minced beef
- 1 slice(s) of bread
- 1 small onion(s)
- Parsley
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 3 pinches of spice mix for kofte
- Oil, for frying

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
spicy Turkish meatballs
First, toast the slice of bread and let it cool. Then grate it finely or chop it in a food processor. Grate the onion, finely chop the parsley, and mix all the ingredients together. Knead thoroughly until the minced meat is stringy. Now form into oval flatbreads, approximately 2.5 x 4 cm and 0.5 cm thick. Then fry in a pan with a little oil until golden brown or grill.
