Asia Pan

The perfect asia pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 625 g Turkey breast fillet in small pieces
  • Salt, ginger
  • 1 Crushed clove of garlic
  • 1 Lemon
  • 10 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 5 tsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 Large spring onion
  • 4 Carrots in strips
  • 1 Paprika in strips
  • 1 Chilli pepper in fine rings
  • 300 g Rice
  1. Cook rice with salt according to the instructions on the packet. Cut the white of the onion into rings and the green into strips. Mix the soy sauce with honey, lemon juice, ginger, salt and garlic. Marinate the fillet in it. Fry in 1 teaspoon hot oil in a non-stick pan until crispy, remove. Steam the carrot, bell pepper, onion and chilli rings in the remaining oil for about 10 minutes while stirring. Add the fillet and heat briefly. Arrange on the rice. Garnish with onion greens.
