Asia Tomato Soup

The perfect asia tomato soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 800 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 150 g Soba noodles
  • 2 cm Fresh ginger
  • 200 ml Mirin white wine
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Raw cane sugar
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 2 Spring onion
  • 0,5 Lime
  • Neutral oil
  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
  1. Chop the garlic and ginger very finely. Sauté in a little oil.
  1. Squeeze the lime. Add juice, mirin, tamari and sugar. Add tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes.
  1. Use a potato masher to mash the tomatoes.
  1. Cut the spring onions into thin rings.
  1. Fill the soup into bowls, add the noodles and sprinkle with onion rings.
