Asia Tomato Soup
The perfect asia tomato soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 800 g Cherry tomatoes
- 150 g Soba noodles
- 2 cm Fresh ginger
- 200 ml Mirin white wine
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Raw cane sugar
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 2 Spring onion
- 0,5 Lime
- Neutral oil
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
- Chop the garlic and ginger very finely. Sauté in a little oil.
- Squeeze the lime. Add juice, mirin, tamari and sugar. Add tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Use a potato masher to mash the tomatoes.
- Cut the spring onions into thin rings.
- Fill the soup into bowls, add the noodles and sprinkle with onion rings.
