Asian chicken skewers

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • Salt
  • black pepper, freshly ground
  • Thai curry powder
  • turmeric
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 2 shashlik skewers

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the meat into large cubes and place them on the shish kebab skewers. Season the skewers with salt, pepper, curry powder, and turmeric. Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and teriyaki sauce until smooth. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the skewers until golden brown on all sides. Pour the honey, soy sauce, and teriyaki sauce mixture over the skewers, reduce the heat, and continue cooking for 10-15 minutes, until cooked through. Turn halfway through.
