Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 900 g chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1 tsp rice wine (Mirin)
- 4 tbsp chili sauce, sweet
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce, Indonesian (Ketjap Manis)

Chill the thighs (in the marinade) in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. Then place them side by side in a dish, pour the marinade over them, and bake in the oven at 170°C (350°F) for about 40-50 minutes until browned, turning several times. Serve with rice and vegetables, such as refried green beans.
