Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • ½ bunch coriander, chopped
  • 2 tbsp jalapeño(s), chopped
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

With coriander-lime dressing

Thinly slice the cucumber and place it in a bowl with the cilantro and jalapeño pieces. Whisk together the dressing ingredients and mix. Serve the salad immediately; otherwise, add the dressing just before serving.
