Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 250 g tuna steak(s)
  • 3 large carrots
  • 2 large bell peppers
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 200 ml cream or Cremefine
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tsp red curry paste
  • 3 tsp coriander
  • some chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the vegetables and fish into large cubes. Heat the peanut oil in a wok, then add the honey and let it caramelize. Then add the fish and fry briefly. Then add the vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender. Season everything with soy sauce, curry paste, and spices, and add the cream. Simmer until the sauce is thickened. Serve with rice. Enjoy.
