Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g chicken strips
  • 1 leek(s)
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 piece(s) ginger
  • some coriander leaves
  • ½ chili pepper(s)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 125 g rice
  • Salt
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the rice in salted water according to the package instructions. Trim and wash the leek and slice into rings. Peel and chop the garlic and ginger. Sauté the chicken strips in a little oil. Add the leek, ginger, and garlic and fry. Then add the soy sauce and honey. Sauté the sesame seeds separately without fat and add them last. Serve with the rice, fresh coriander, and the sliced ​​chili pepper.
