Asian Marinated Chicken Breast

- 350 g Chicken breast
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 3 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 Msp Five spices powder
- Cut the chicken breast into pieces, preferably flat slices, they can be fried well.
- Peel and squeeze the clove of garlic. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey and five spices powder and stir well.
- Put the meat in a plastic bag and add the marinade. Close the bag and knead the whole thing well.
- It is best to let it steep overnight, possibly kneading it from time to time.
