with sambal oelek, oyster sauce and ketjap manis

Dice the tomatoes, including the cores but without the stems, and place them in a bowl. Cut the bell peppers and zucchini into larger cubes and set aside. Dice the onion, finely chop the garlic, ginger, and chili pepper, and place everything in another bowl. Brown the minced meat in a little vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or wok over high heat. Season with salt and pepper. Once the minced meat is crispy and browned, add the prepared onions, garlic, ginger, and chili and fry. Then deglaze everything with the diced tomatoes. Mix together the ingredients for the seasoning sauce and add to the pan along with the diced bell peppers and zucchini. Stir everything together and continue to cook with the lid closed until the vegetables are cooked through but still firm to the bite. Serve the minced meat and vegetable sauce with noodles or rice.
