Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 small bell peppers, red, yellow and green
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or more
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce or more
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 tbsp water or more
  • 300 g meat, sliced ​​(beef, pork or chicken)
  • 1 pinch(s) five-spice powder (Thai)
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Brown the meat in oil, dice the garlic clove and onion, and add them to the meat. Chop the bell peppers and add them. When the bell peppers are cooked but still firm, add soy sauce, water, oyster sauce, a pinch of sugar, and five-spice powder, and season well. Serve with rice. If you want something a little spicier, add a fresh chili pepper.
