Asian noodle stir-fry

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g beef
  • 300 g chicken breast
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 3 stalk(s) spring onion(s)
  • 1 ginger, small
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 50 ml soy sauce
  • 50 ml teriyaki sauce
  • 1 pack of Mie noodles (wok noodles)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes

with beef, chicken and vegetables

Crush the garlic clove and finely dice the ginger. Cut both meats into strips and mix with the garlic clove and diced ginger. Pour in the teriyaki and soy sauce. Marinate this mixture in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Peel and slice two carrots. Slice the bell peppers. Finely chop the onions and spring onions. Sauté the vegetables in a large pot until al dente. Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions. Fry the meat in a pan for about three minutes. Mix the meat and vegetables and add the noodles. Season to taste with teriyaki and soy sauce.
