Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g noodles, Asian
- 1 piece(s) ginger
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 3 carrots
- 150 ml coconut milk
- 1 leek(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- salt and pepper
- chili
- curry
- turmeric
- oil
- Oil (sesame oil), roasted
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Dice the ginger and onion and fry in coconut or regular oil. Add the garlic. Halve the carrots, slice them, and then slice the slices again. Slice the bell peppers. Add the carrots, bell peppers, and the sliced leek and fry for 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the Asian noodles and drain well, then add them to the pan. Add the curry, coconut milk, and turmeric to taste. The noodles should have a nice color and can be seasoned with salt, pepper, and chili. Just before serving, drizzle a few drops of sesame oil over the noodles.
