Exunas noodles with vegetables in soy sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 eggplant(s)
  • 1 can corn, medium can
  • 125 ml soy sauce and some wok sauce
  • Spice(s) of your choice, e.g., herb salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions. In the meantime, roughly dice the onion and sauté it in a little wok sauce in a pot. Cut the zucchini and eggplant into pieces, add them, and sauté thoroughly. Drain the corn and stir in. Stir in the drained noodles, add the soy sauce, and mix thoroughly again. Season to taste. Herbal salt or any Asian spices are best. Definitely not curry or turmeric, because of the color.
