Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 85 g soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves
- 350 g mie noodles
- 100 g leek
- 200 g carrot(s)
- 2 bell peppers, red
- 300 g mushrooms
- 200 g corn
- 500 ml water
- 1 tsp stock powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Slice the leek into rings and then rinse thoroughly in a sieve. Peel the carrots and cut into sticks. Slice the mushrooms. Hollow out the bell peppers and cut into strips. Pour the soy sauce into a baking dish and add the mie noodles. Gradually add the vegetables. Add the stock powder to the water as needed and then pour into the baking dish. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 50 minutes on the middle rack.
