Asian: Oyster Mushrooms and Pointed Cabbage Combined in Wok

- 4 Minute steaks
- Soy white wine marinade from my KB
- 250 g Cabbage
- 150 g Oyster mushrooms
- 1 piece Grated ginger …. the size of a walnut
- 1 Red peppers
- 1 Diced onion
- 1 Thinly sliced garlic clove
- 1 tbsp Wok oil
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 125 ml Coconut milk
- Salt
- Curry
- Black pepper from the mill
- put the meat in the marinade and let it steep in the refrigerator overnight … min. but an hour ….. soy – white wine marinade
- Cut the cleaned and washed pointed cabbage into thin strips
- Clean the oyster mushrooms …. cut the peppers in half lengthways, remove the seeds and separating membranes ….. I recommend disposable gloves … .. also cut into strips
- Heat the oil in a wok …. fry the prepared vegetables briefly while stirring
- add soy sauce and coconut milk … sauté over low heat for about 5 minutes
- season with the spices
- Remove the pickled steaks from the marinade and pat dry
- Fry the meat in a grill pan without adding any fat
- Serve with the vegetables …… mie noodles or rice taste great with it
