Asian Poultry and Mushroom Casserole
The perfect asian poultry and mushroom casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- Chicken and turkey breast fillet
- 1 piece Ginger about 3cm
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 bunch Spring onions
- 250 g Mushrooms
- 5 Carrots
- 100 g Roasted and salted peanuts
- Garlic
- Sweet and sour Asian sauce
- Cut the poultry into strips. Dice the garlic and ginger, mix with the soy sauce and marinate the poultry in it.
- Chop the carrots, spring onions and mushrooms. Roughly chop the peanuts.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the poultry in it and remove it. Braise the carrots in the fat. Add the mushrooms and spring onions, pour in approx. 100ml stock and cook for approx. 5 minutes. Grill. Mix the vegetables, meat and peanuts and place in a baking dish.
- In a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. ferment.
- Serve with fragrant rice and add Asian sauce.
