Asian Poultry and Mushroom Casserole

The perfect asian poultry and mushroom casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Chicken and turkey breast fillet
  • 1 piece Ginger about 3cm
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 5 Carrots
  • 100 g Roasted and salted peanuts
  • Garlic
  • Sweet and sour Asian sauce
  1. Cut the poultry into strips. Dice the garlic and ginger, mix with the soy sauce and marinate the poultry in it.
  1. Chop the carrots, spring onions and mushrooms. Roughly chop the peanuts.
  1. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the poultry in it and remove it. Braise the carrots in the fat. Add the mushrooms and spring onions, pour in approx. 100ml stock and cook for approx. 5 minutes. Grill. Mix the vegetables, meat and peanuts and place in a baking dish.
  1. In a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. ferment.
  1. Serve with fragrant rice and add Asian sauce.
