Asian Poultry and Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients
 

  • Chicken and turkey breast fillet
  • 1 Ginger about 3cm
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 5 Carrots
  • 100 g Roasted and salted peanuts
  • Garlic
  • Sweet and sour Asian sauce

Instructions
 

  • Cut the poultry into strips. Dice the garlic and ginger, mix with the soy sauce and marinate the poultry in it.
  • Chop the carrots, spring onions and mushrooms. Roughly chop the peanuts.
  • Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the poultry in it and remove it. Braise the carrots in the fat. Add the mushrooms and spring onions, pour in approx. 100ml stock and cook for approx. 5 minutes. Grill. Mix the vegetables, meat and peanuts and place in a baking dish.
  • In a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. ferment.
  • Serve with fragrant rice and add Asian sauce.
