Asian Stir-fry Fish / Vegetables

The perfect asian stir-fry fish / vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Pineapple fresh
  • 500 g Fresh broccoli
  • 350 g Redfish fillet
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 125 ml Broth
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce light
  • 100 g Mung bean sprouts fresh
  • 3 Spring onions fresh
  • Salt, pepper, curry
  1. Peel the pineapple, remove the hard core and dice, cut the fish into bite-sized pieces, clean the spring onions and cut into rings.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fish briefly on both sides, season with salt, remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté the broccoli in the frying fat and deglaze with the vegetable stock, add the soy sauce and cook for approx. 5 minutes until al dente. Add the sprouts, spring onions and pineapple and braise briefly. Then add the fish and heat again briefly. Season to taste with pepper, curry and possibly a little soy sauce.
  4. If you like serving rice with it … we like to eat it without an extra side dish :))))))))))
