- 1 piece Leek
- 2 piece Onion
- 1 piece Red pepper
- 1 piece Savoy cabbage fresh
- 100 g Oyster mushrooms
- 4 tablespoon Sesame oil brown
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce dark and sweet
- 1 tablespoon Asian fish sauce
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon Light sesame, toasted
- Clean the vegetables and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat the sesame oil in a pan and fry the peppers, leek and onion first. Then add pieces of savoy cabbage and mushrooms. Stir constantly until enough liquid has escaped.
- Now season with soy and fish sauce. Cover, reduce heat and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds.
