Asian-style salmon tartare

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 dash of lime juice
  • 1 dashes Tabasco
  • 300 g salmon, sliced
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce (sweet chili sauce, Asian store)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Remove the skin from the tomatoes, dice them finely, and season with salt and pepper. Peel and pit the avocados, then dice them as well. Season with salt, pepper, a dash of lime juice, and a splash of Tabasco. Now cut the salmon into small pieces and season with salt (carefully), pepper, and a dash of lime juice. To serve, place the avocados on a plate. Layer the tomatoes and salmon on top and drizzle the sweet chili sauce around the tartar as a garnish.
