Asian turkey stir-fry with spicy wasabi sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g turkey meat
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 dash of chili sauce
  • 1 tsp wasabi paste
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 Thai chili pepper(s)
  • 3 carrots
  • 7 Jerusalem artichokes
  • 3 small parsnips
  • 125 g mung beans
  • 3 spring onions
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • e.g. sesame oil
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of turmeric

Working time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Mix the sauces with the wasabi paste and lemon juice. Chop the ginger, chili pepper, and garlic and add. Chop the turkey and marinate it in this marinade. Chop the vegetables and set aside in separate bowls to add gradually as the cooking time increases. Toast the pine nuts in sesame oil in a small pan. Stir-fry the marinated meat. Then gradually add the carrots, Jerusalem artichokes, parsnips, and mung beans, adding more sesame oil if necessary. Season with pepper and turmeric. Near the end, add the pine nuts and spring onions and fry briefly.
