Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey schnitzels
- ½ red cabbage
- ½ white cabbage
- 3 carrots
- 2 jars of sauce (Chinese sweet and sour seasoning sauce with pineapple)
- salt and pepper
- Five-spice powder (Chinese spice)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the turkey cutlets into cubes, strip the red cabbage, white cabbage, and slice the carrots. Brown the turkey cutlets in oil in a wok. Add the red cabbage, white cabbage, carrots, and spices, and sauté for about 15-20 minutes. Then add the sweet and sour sauce, season with spices, and stir everything together. Serve with rice.
