Asian white cabbage with shiitake mushrooms

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 600 g white cabbage
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 200 g shiitake mushroom(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp germ oil
  • 1 bag of spice mix for Chinese stir-fry
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Remove the cabbage stalk and chop the cabbage into large pieces. Halve the bell pepper, remove the seeds, wash, and cut into strips. Clean the shiitake mushrooms, peel, and chop the garlic. Heat the seed oil in a wok or large frying pan. Fry the cabbage. Add the bell pepper strips, mushrooms, and garlic and fry briefly. Pour in 300 ml of cold water and stir in the herb seasoning. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season the cabbage with salt and pepper. Rice goes well with this dish.
