Asparagus and potato dumplings with bacon and Parmesan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g asparagus, green
  • 125 g bacon cubes
  • 1 kg potato noodles
  • 1 pack of herb butter
  • 100 g Parmesan, coarsely grated
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

simple, quick and delicious

First, cut the asparagus into pieces (size to your liking). Fry the asparagus in the herb butter until al dente. At the same time, fry the potato dumplings and bacon until golden brown. Mix the asparagus and potato dumplings and simmer for a while with about 1/3 of the Parmesan cheese. Serve everything in deep bowls and sprinkle with more Parmesan. We currently like to serve it with a Gallo Summerred, nice and chilled.
