Asparagus Burger

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 large burger buns
  • 6 stalk(s) asparagus, green
  • 300 g minced beef
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 2 pinches of salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 slices of cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Form the ground beef into two equal-sized patties and place them on the grill. Season with a pinch of pepper and salt. That’s all you need for good meat. After turning, I usually add the cheese to the patty to allow it to melt. Blanch the green asparagus spears, then wrap them in bacon and cook them on the grill. Cut open the burger buns and lightly toast them on the grill. Mix the mayonnaise and ketchup and spread them on the toasted underside of the burger bun. Now place three asparagus spears, along with the meat and the top, on the burger and serve.
