Chanterelle burger

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 g minced beef
  • 2 hamburger buns
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 150 g chanterelles
  • 3 tbsp herb cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 100 g Cheddar cheese
  • 50 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Steak pepper

So you can always eat chanterelles on your burger.

Fry the cleaned and sliced ​​onions and chanterelles in a pan. Once browned, deglaze with the milk and stir in the crème fraîche and herb cream cheese. Let everything simmer slightly. Season with just a little pepper and salt. Form the ground beef into three equal-sized patties and grill for one minute on each side with a little steak pepper. Place the three patties in the indirect heating area and sprinkle with the cheddar cheese. Close the lid for another minute or two and let the cheese melt. Cut open the burger buns and crisp up briefly on both sides. Spread a little of the onion and chanterelle sauce on the underside. Place the meat patty and a little more of the sauce on the burger. Put the lid on and serve.
