Ingredients for 1 servings:

- 250 g asparagus
- 3 tbsp cheese, grated
- 1 large potato(s)
- 50 g ham
- 2 tsp milk
- 1 tsp parsley, finely chopped
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 large tomato(s)
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the asparagus and cook in salted water with 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of milk until tender. Drain and place in a casserole dish. Place the cooked, peeled, and sliced potato and the blanched, peeled, and sliced tomato around the edge of the dish. Mix the cheese, egg, and 1 teaspoon of milk and pour over the casserole. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 10-15 minutes. Serve sprinkled with diced ham and parsley.
