  • 50 g ham
  • 2 tsp milk
  • 1 tsp parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 large tomato(s)
  • 1 tsp sugar

Peel the asparagus and cook in salted water with 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of milk until tender. Drain and place in a casserole dish. Place the cooked, peeled, and sliced ​​potato and the blanched, peeled, and sliced ​​tomato around the edge of the dish. Mix the cheese, egg, and 1 teaspoon of milk and pour over the casserole. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 10-15 minutes. Serve sprinkled with diced ham and parsley.
