Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg asparagus
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 1 cup of crème fraîche or sour cream
- some cream
- herbs, to taste
- Fat for the mold
- some breadcrumbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the asparagus and cook until tender. Grease a baking dish and line it with the asparagus. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cover with the cooked ham, then sprinkle with cheese. Stir crème fraîche or sour cream with a little cream and herbs (I like it best with chives) until smooth and pour over the dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
