Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 12 stalk(s) asparagus
- salt water
- some sugar
- 12 slices of Black Forest ham
- 1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated section

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
quick and tasty dish
Cook the asparagus in salted water with a little sugar for about 10 minutes. Cut the puff pastry into 6 equal pieces, top each with 2 slices of ham, place 2 asparagus stalks diagonally on top, and roll up. Place the finished parcels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at approximately 180°C (fan oven, top/bottom heat: 200°C) for about 13 minutes. The time can vary depending on the desired degree of browning. Serve with a hollandaise sauce or lemon butter sauce.
