Asparagus Meets Strawberry
The perfect asparagus meets strawberry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Kg Asparagus green fresh
- 1 Kg Asparagus white fresh
- 125 gr Horseradish cream cheese / cantadou
- 200 gr Fresh strawberry
- Gourmet pepper from my KB
- Salt
- Sugar
- for 2 people as a main meal for 4 – 5 people as a starter or side dish
- 1. Peel the asparagus and cut into 4-5 pieces
- 2. Boil the asparagus in salted water and a little sugar until al dente and at the end put a little asparagus stock on the side for the sauce.
- 3. Let cool slightly in the meantime, cut the strawberries.

- Mix the horseradish cream cheese and asparagus stock together until it is a creamy sauce, season with salt and pepper
- Arrange everything on a plate and spread the sauce over it.
- Go with a fine white wine and baguette Bon appetit!
