Asparagus – Potato – Salad

The perfect asparagus – potato – salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

further ingredients :

  • 3 Pc. Asparagus green
  • 3 Pc. Onion
  • 500 g Potatoes triplets
  • 1 Pc. Butter
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 liter Water
  • 1 liter Salt water
  • 3 Pc. Radish
  • 3 Pc Cucumber slices
  • 1 Tablespoon Miracle whip
  • 1 Tablespoon Remoulade
  • 1 Teaspoon. Mustard medium hot
  • 1 Tablespoon Rapeseed oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 3 Pc. Sausages (reddened)
  1. Peel the asparagus and cut into slices.
  2. Add salt, sugar and butter to the water, pickle asparagus, blanch, rinse.
  3. Peel the onion and cut into cubes
  4. Set up triplets, cook in salted water, peel. Slice.
  5. Cut the cucumber slices into strips. Radishes in pieces.
  6. Add the miracle whip, tartar sauce, mustard, dill, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and nutmeg to the salad and stir well.
  7. Warm up the sausages and add them.
