Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 roll of (to taste) dough from the refrigerated section
- 5 stalk(s) asparagus, green
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- some white pepper, freshly ground
Instructions

Quickly made finger food, makes about 15 pieces
Wash the asparagus, peel the bottom third, and cut the stalks into three pieces. Peel and finely chop the garlic, and mix with the cream cheese and pepper. Roll out the puff pastry, spread with the cream cheese, and cut into 15 pieces. Place a piece of asparagus on each piece of puff pastry, roll it up, and press down firmly. Bake at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for 10-12 minutes and serve immediately.
