Asparagus Quiche with Goat Cheese

The perfect asparagus quiche with goat cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Flour
  • 125 g Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 500 g Green asparagus
  • 300 g Goat cheese
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 100 g Parmesan
  1. Knead a dough out of the flour, butter, 1 egg and a pinch of salt. Chill for 30 minutes, then roll out and line 26 springform pan (greased).
  2. Cut the ends off 2,500 g green asparagus, cut into bite-sized pieces and place in boiling salted water for 6-8 minutes. Then drain and spread on the batter.
  3. Cream, goat cheese (I added 200 g of goat cheese from the roll, crushed, and 100 g of goat cheese over the quiche, e.g. goat cream cheese is possible), whisk 3 eggs and Parmesan, season with pepper, adding herbs is also possible. Bake at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes! Delicious!
