Dough:

  • 250 g Flour
  • 125 g Cold butter
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • Salt

Filling:

  • 150 ml Milk or creme fraiché
  • 2 Eggs
  • 200 g Goat cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch Mint

Instructions
 

Dough:

  • First prepare the dough, stir all the ingredients together quickly and refrigerate for half an hour. (Instead of shortcrust pastry, you can also use a ready-made puff pastry).

Filling:

  • Beat the eggs with the milk briefly, then add the cheese and stir, now add the mint and season with salt and pepper. (If you like, you can also use creme fraiché instead of milk).
  • Pour the batter into a springform pan and press up the edge. Pour the milk and cheese filling on top and bake the whole thing at 180 ° C for about 40-50 minutes.
  • Or divide into small molds and bake at 180 ° C for about 30-35 minutes.
