Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 125 g rice (reis-fit top long grain)
- 250 g asparagus, green
- 3 slice(s) smoked ham
- 125 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- 4 tbsp Miracle Whip Balance
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Finely dice the onions and halve the cocktail tomatoes. Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Cook the unpeeled asparagus for about 8 minutes until al dente, then cut into approximately 2 cm pieces. Cut the ham into strips and toss with the cocktail tomatoes, onion, rice, and asparagus.
