Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 g rice
  • ½ head of lettuce
  • 2 spring onions
  • ½ bunch radishes
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • 2 slice(s) ham, thick
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 1 box of cress
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

as a side dish to grilled food

Cook the rice, drain, and let cool. Meanwhile, trim and wash the vegetables. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces, slice the spring onions, and slice the radishes. Cut the egg into eighths. Dice the ham and thinly slice the cheese. Arrange everything on plates and sprinkle with cress. Make a dressing from oil, vinegar, and mustard, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle over the salad.
