Asparagus Salad with Feta & Pine Nuts

- 6 Poles Green asparagus
- 0,5 piece Crumbled feta
- 1 teaspoon Agave syrup
- 1 toe Chopped garlic
- 1 piece Black pepper from the mill
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon Roasted pine nuts
- Peel the asparagus into pieces approx. 3cm in size and add to boiling water. Add the asparagus heads 2 minutes later.
- Crumble the feta cheese (preferably from a Turkish shop) and mix it with the agave syrup, the finely stepped garlic
- Drain the asparagus, roast the pine nuts in a hot pan.
- Mix the asparagus and pine nuts into the marinade and season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
