Asparagus salad with ham and cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 jar asparagus (425 ml) or fresh
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 200 g cheese, in a piece
  • 1 pack of ready-made salad mix
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white
  • some asparagus stock
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the asparagus, cooked ham, and cheese into small pieces. Mix the salad dressing with the oil and asparagus stock. Then pour everything over the asparagus salad and season with salt and pepper. Let it marinate for a while.
