Asparagus sauce with egg, capers, mayonnaise

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 shallot(s), finely diced
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 pickles
  • 2 tbsp cucumber juice
  • 4 tbsp capers, finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp mild yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp chives
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and finely chop the eggs, and place them in a bowl. Add the diced cucumber, onion, capers, mayonnaise, and yogurt and mix. Season with salt and pepper and the cucumber juice. Finally, add the diced garlic and chives. Stir in and serve with asparagus.
