Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of tarte flambée dough
- 200 g cream cheese, natural
- 3 tsp paste (wild garlic paste), recipe in the database
- 250 g asparagus, peeled
- ½ bunch of spring onions
- 100 g ham, air-dried
- salt and pepper
- 1 dashes lemon juice

very good use of asparagus pieces
Mix the cream cheese with the wild garlic paste and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Thinly slice the asparagus and spring onions diagonally. Roll out the tarte flambée dough on a baking sheet and spread with the wild garlic cream cheese. Arrange the asparagus and spring onion slices on top and top with the ham. Bake in the oven at 220°C (425°F) for 15-20 minutes (see package instructions).
