Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g asparagus, green
- 50 g cherry tomatoes
- 3 leaves of wild garlic
- Salt
- pepper
- herbal salt
- Parmesan
- 1 piece(s) butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Trim some of the bottom of the asparagus. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Chop the wild garlic. Place the cherry tomatoes, asparagus, and some of the wild garlic in an ovenproof glass dish with a knob of butter. Bake in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 45 minutes. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
