Ingredients
- 1 Kg Asparagus
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 piece Lemon
- 2 Steaks
- Nuremberg grilled sausages
- Cheese ham grill
- Curry spice ketchup
- Garlic sauce
- Medium hot mustard
- 2 tbsp Liquid butter
Instructions
- Peel the asparagus, cook in salt water (1 teaspoon) with sugar (1 teaspoon), butter (1 tbsp) and lemon (1 piece) for about 8 minutes until al dente and remove. Roast sausages, ham grills and steaks on the grill until golden brown (alternatively, use a grill pan!). Sprinkle with butter asparagus, serve the grilled food and sauces.
