Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 stalk(s) celery
  • 2 potatoes
  • ½ bell pepper(s)
  • 100 g beans, green
  • some cauliflower (2 – 3 florets)
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or rapeseed oil
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean or peel the vegetables and potatoes and chop them into small pieces. Place everything in a pot and add water (the vegetables don’t need to be completely covered). Finally, add about 1 teaspoon of vegetable stock. Cook everything until soft. Then puree everything with a hand blender. Finally, add 1 tablespoon of oil (always use olive or rapeseed oil).
